Caswell Junior Team Tennis Fall 2011 ( USTA)

Welcome to the 2002, 2003 and 2005 State Champion’s Caswell Junior Team at the Competitive level

Gold White Team 3rd at State in Spring 2006, Gold Blue Team 2nd at State Fall 2006

•Registration Deadline:  September, 2010.  Please turn in the bottom half of this form

            with payment to front desk. Please fill out the form completely.

•Team Tennis is a junior USTA league (not tournament tennis) and is separate from the     

            Caswell junior classes

•A $18 USTA year junior membership at www.usta.com that is current through 2008 is

            required to participate.

•Sunday meets will run from January through April and are usually held from 2 to

            4 p.m. You must play in half of your teams meets to qualify for State.

•Friday Practices will be held starting on February 6th from  5 to 6:30 p.m. until 10 practices  are completed

•Schedules and club directions will be emailed to you  2 weeks before the start of the first match.

•Players are only promised to play only one time per meet. Your team will have at least 5

            meets.

Team Rule: Team players or parents MUST call or email Coach Dillon Gussis by Wednesday of that Sunday’s match if they can not attend a given match. This is mandatory.

Team Fee: $220 for Friday and Sunday or $130 for Friday or Sunday only. Fees cover: CAPTA administrative league fee, USTA online registration fee, Caswell administrative fee, balls, courts, coaches on Fridays and Sundays, league t shirts and trophies.

There will be additional fees if we qualify for State.

Caswell Team Tennis Parent Policy

Parents are expected to be spectators only at all team tennis meets. Any complaints should be brought up with the

coaches in private on a day after the meet and away from the team. The team will be put ahead of the individual in Caswell Team Tennis. I have read and agree to the Caswell Team Tennis Parent Policy
